Who we are
XynSol is a software and automation studio working with businesses that have outgrown their tools. We take on the design, the build and the operational plumbing underneath it, so the result is one system rather than three vendors' worth of parts.
You deal with the engineer or designer doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages between you and a team you never meet.
Design, engineering, automation and growth sit together. Nothing is thrown over a wall, because there is no wall to throw it over.
Interface and architecture decisions trace back to a measurement, a user interview or a support ticket theme, not whoever argued hardest.
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all custom source code, Figma design assets, and deployment configurations upon milestone payment completion. Nothing about the handover depends on keeping us on retainer.
No black box between kickoff and launch. Every phase closes with a deliverable you can open, click through or run, which is also how we find out early when an assumption was wrong.
We map the problem, the people doing the work and the systems you already run, then put the architecture and the non-negotiables in writing.
Flows and interface settled, then the riskiest part of the system proven straight through before the rest of it gets built on top.
Two-week cycles, each ending in a deployed preview environment. You review working software rather than a status report.
Load testing, error monitoring, accessibility and security review, a staged rollout, then documentation and a handover session.
After launch: a defined support window for defects, followed by either a retained engagement or a clean exit. The runbook is written on the assumption you might take it in-house.
